At Queens Park Partnership we fully understand that the right kind of marketing is crucial. All our properties are uploaded onto our regularly updated website and are then uploaded to several other portals – including Rightmove, Primelocation, Find a property & Zoopla . We fully understand that maximum exposure is the key to providing a first class service you require.

Furthermore, the full colour property details are circulated to all applicants who, through careful selection, are found to match the search criteria provided. Our marketing campaigns and advertising has been prepared in conjunction with a leading design agency and therefore we are able to provide eye catching distinctive layouts as either full colour brochures or through email in a PDF format.

We have a full & comprehensive marketing campaign in place which works in conjunction with our huge board presence, sponsorship of local events and our e-newsletter marketing. The specialist photography company that we use is trained to take professional photographs, produce floorplans and now in some cases interactive floorplans & EPCs and when our negotiators accompany them, we will write up a comprehensive set of property details ready for advertising. Ultimately, this means your details will be up on our website within days.

 

MARKETING ACTIVITY

Sales Particulars

Your property will benefit from accurate and well presented sales particulars, ALL of which will have good quality colour photographs and floorplans (some interactive). Where required, internal photographs and garden photographs will be taken.

Quality details are vital in order to give potential purchasers an accurate representation of your property. On some occasions we offer a brochure service with full floorplans (please discuss this with the negotiator for details).                     

In Print

Properties are advertised in the local and national newspapers or in our own in-house quarterly colour magazine which is distributed throughout the area.
 

Mailing and Telephoning Applicants

Each of our offices have a substantial number of registered applicants, many in a position to proceed with a purchase immediately. When instructions are received , we will contact suitable applicants either by phone or e-mail backed up by a full set of details.

Window Display & Online Advertising                                               

Photographs featuring your property will be prominently displayed in our office window (on a rotational basis)

Viewings

With regard to prospective purchasers viewing your property, all viewings will be by prior appointment only, naturally to suit your convenience. If you wish, we have Sales Staff to accompany viewings to your home. Where we are instructed on vacant properties and hold a key, all prospective purchasers will be accompanied by a member of our sales staff. Keys are all coded and locked away for safe storage.

Reporting

We will update you after viewings to let your know both the positive and negative comments. This will run in conjunction with a constant assessment of progress and martketing strategy.
